Norwich residents can now pick up their health card in the same place they get their driver's licences renewed. This is the latest location to double up on services as part of the province's integrated ServiceOntario centres. While locals are able to renew and replace their current picture health cards, those people who still have a red and white card will not be able to upgrade at the Norwich location. Three other integrated Service Ontario centres opened recently in Simcoe, Port Dover and Port Rowan. It's the government's goal to have 95 percent of Ontarians within 10 kilometres of an integrated centre by the end of the year.
