The only problem with an eventual payout of a multi-million dollar award is the money will come from our taxes. Those responsible will never have their feet held to the fire. Too bad. Five year jail terms for those public officials found to be ignoring enforcing the law would be a great message for the future. If the late Mr Justice Marshall's order had been enforced in the first place there'd be no need for these actions.
