Sources inside of CAMI Automotive in Ingersoll are saying the plant is preparing to hire 150 workers. However, Plant Chair Mike Van Boekel isn't commenting on the rumors, but rather believes the 128 staff being called back to work for April will be enough to keep up with demand. Van Boekel also says if jobs were made available, laid-off GM workers from other cities would likely get the positions . This comes as sales of the GMC Terrain and Chevrolet Equinox have skyrocketed in recent months.
