STANDUP! Falls Prevention

Have you ever fallen? Would you like your balance to improve? Norfolk County Recreation has “StandUp!”, a FREE program designed to make legs stronger, keep bones healthy, and prevent falls.

“StandUp!” is a group exercise program run by certified trainers, 2 days/week for 12 weeks You will learn how to avoid falls through a series of easy home exercises.

A new session starts Feb. 23, and runs Tuesday and Thursday mornings at Delhi Friendship Club. Class size is limited and you must preregister. Call Judy VanHooren at 582-0047
