Winter Tree Identification Walk at Backus Heritage Conservation Area, Port Rowan. February 18th at 1:00 pm. Meet at the Conservation Education Centre. Learn tips to identify a variety of trees by the three B's: buds, branches and bark. Then it's outside to put your identification skills to the test. Participants will enjoy a scenic, informative nature hike through the conservation area's trails. Dress for the weather as the walk is approximately 90 minutes in length. Admission by donation.
